Sugillation (von lateinisch sugillare: „braun und blau schlagen“) bezeichnet den flächenhaften und bis zu 30 ml großen Austritt von Blut aus den Kapillargefäßen (Hautblutung) in den subkutanen Bereich der Haut.cite-ref-fuessel-1-0[1]cite-ref-2[2] wobei sie vor allem bei der Koagulopathie auftritt.

Ursachen Sugillationen sind:

• Knutschfleck: dieser ist eine durch Unterdruck (hypobar) erzeugte Sugillation.cite-ref-3[3]
• Schröpfen: dies ist eine durch Unterdruck (hypobar) erzeugte Sugillation.
